Is everything on the checklist included?
Yes. Your quote covers the room checklists, supplies, and equipment. Specialist restoration, mould remediation, pest waste, and exterior windows are outside our service.
How is my quote calculated?
Your quote reflects bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, home type, and service. The larger of the room-based price and size minimum applies. Recurring plans offer reduced rates. The 203 Jarvis first-clean offer is 10% off; we apply the better eligible offer, never stacked discounts. HST is shown separately. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before the clean.
What’s different about deep cleaning?
The standard clean covers the full checklist. Deep cleaning allows extra time for buildup, edges, and overlooked areas. Move cleaning prepares an empty home for its next chapter.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We bring cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us about allergies, product preferences, or delicate surfaces so we can agree on the right approach before your visit.
Do I need to be home?
It’s up to you. Meet your cleaner or agree on secure access before the visit. Entry instructions are shared only with the people coordinating and carrying out your clean. Please don’t put keys or access codes in the quote form.
What if something isn’t right?
Report a missed checklist item within 24 hours of your clean. We’ll arrange a return visit to re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge. The promise covers agreed cleaning tasks; it does not include permanent stains, damage, or work outside the agreed scope.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
We aim to assign the same cleaner for recurring visits. If they’re unavailable, we’ll let you know and arrange another screened team member with your cleaning preferences.
Can I reschedule or book just once?
Yes. One-time cleans need no recurring commitment. You can cancel or reschedule without a fee at least 24 hours before your appointment. For later changes, contact us as soon as possible; a fee of up to 50% of the agreed visit price may apply.
